Section 4(4) in Telangana Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008
(4)Every order authorizing the development, construction, management, operation and maintenance of a tramway system shall be published in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Gazette and such publication shall be conclusive proof that the order has been made as required by this section.
