(4)No person shall be entitled to be enrolled as a voter for, or to cast his vote at an election to any authority or body of the University from more than one constituency:Provided that this sub-section shall not apply in the case of an election of members of the Governing Board and the Schools of Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies.
