Section 28(8)(b) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959

(b)The floor of the dining hall, excluding the area occupied by the service counter and any furniture except tables and chairs, shall be not less than [0.93 square metres] [Substituted by G. O. Ms. No. 2956, Labour, dated 28th May 1963.] per diner to be accommodated as specified in clause (a).
