- When, in order to the execution of a commission or to the ascertainment of the sufficiency of a security, an Amin has to travel, the court in determining the fee to be paid for his services shall assume a day's journey to be [twenty four or thirty kilometres] [Substituted by Notification No. 553/VIII-b-1, dated 3-9-1984, (w.e.f. 8-12-1984).], according to the nature of the country to be travelled, unless the place is connected by bus or rail.
