Section 34 in Rajasthan Sanskrit University Act, 1998
34. Restriction on getting remuneration by the Registrar, other employees and authorities.
- No remuneration shall be offered to or accepted by the Registrar, other officers and authorities for any work done by him for the University without the prior permission of the State Government:Provided that nothing in this Section shall in any manner affect the emoluments and conditions of service as mentioned in Section 13 in case of the Registrar, or the provisions made elsewhere herein or in their absence those specified in the statutes, in other cases.
