205. Cutting off of water supply to premises.
- If any person whose premises are supplied with water neglects to pay any sum payable, under section 201 when due, or to give notice as provided in section 203 or wilfully or negligently misuses or causes waste of water, the [Commissioner] [This word was substituted for the words 'Chief Executive Officer' by Bombay 79 of 1958, Section 3, Schedule.] may cut-off the supply of water to the said premises.
