Section 25 in Arunachal Pradesh Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2006
25. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No Suit, Prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Authority or any officer or other employees of the Authority for anything done or purported to have been done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder.
