Section 23(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)The application referred to in sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act shall be made in triplicate in Form-I annexed to these rules to Registering Officer of the area in which the building or other construction work is to be carried on by the establishment.
