Section 3(1) in THE COMMISSION FOR AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND ADJOINING AREAS ACT, 2021
(1)The Central Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a body to be known as the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas to exercise the powers conferred upon, and to perform the functions assigned to, that Commission under this Act.
