FACTS:
2. Appellant through his RTI application dated NIL had sought information on 6 points Viz i) In Village Jhindpur who had constructed the illegal godown - his name and address ii) What action has been taken by the authorities iii) In Alipur Village in Khasra No. 645647, on which officer's insturction, the said plot was allotted... Vi) When the Plot was allotted in Alipur Village who was the Patwari, tehsildar, SDM etc. PIO responded on 18052013. Being unsatisfied with the information provided, the appellant preferred First Appeal. Being CIC/SA/A/2014/000082 Page 1 unsatisfied with the information provided, the appellant has approached the Commission in Second Appeal.
Decision:
3. Both the parties made their submissions. The appellant complained that some trespassers had built a godown illegally in an agricultural land, on which no action was taken by the respondent authority so far. The Commission, therefore, directs the PIO to provide the revised information to the appellant on the action taken on his application within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. The appeal is disposed of.
