Section 74 in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
74. Prohibition of membership.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Gujarat University Act, 1949,(Bom. L of 1949.) no member, other than an ex-officio member of any of the authorities of the Gujarat University shall be eligible to become a member of any of the authorities of the University established under this Act till such member has completed his term or has resigned from his office.
