Section 29 in The Land Ports Authority of India Act, 2010
29. Officers and employees of Authority to be public servants.—
All officers and employees of Authority shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
