(4)No distributor of a Government Oil Company [or a piped natural gas supplying company] [Substituted for the words "or a parallel marketeer" by Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 655 (E) dated 10.9.2009 (w.e.f. 20.7.2000)], as the case may be, shall commit or cause to commit any of the activities prohibited herein including those specified in Schedule-1.
