ORAL ORDER
3 28-06-2019The petitioners in all the applications have sought quashing of the order dated 10.01.2019 passed in Complaint Case No. 1077(C)/18 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 199 and 200 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are employees of the HDFC bank whereas the complainant/opposite party no. 2 is also an employee of the HDFC bank who has some animus against the petitioners for preferring this complaint petition.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 in all the abovementioned cases under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process, subject to steps being taken by the respective petitioners within a period of two weeks from today, returnable on 29.08.2019.
In the meantime, all further proceedings in the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37919 of 2019(3) dt.28-06-2019 6/6 court below with respect to Complaint Case No. 1077(C)/2018 shall remain stayed.
Re-notify on 29.08.2019.
