                               ORAL ORDER

Dt: 17.07.2020 This Transfer Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw C.C.No.152 of 2015 now pending on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palamaner, Chittoor District, to the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore to be tried along with C.C.No.17/2016, having competent jurisdiction to try the same.

As per the information available on Case Information System (CIS), the aforesaid case has already been settled before lok adalat on 14.07.2018. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
