Section 21(2) in The University of Rajputana (Second Amendment) Act, 1950
(2)The Faculties of Engineering and Technology, of Medicine and Pharmaceutics and Education shall consist of the following:-(i)the Dean of the Faculty;(ii)University Professors and Readers in the subjects assigned to each Faculty;(iii)Heads of departments within each Faculty in degree colleges, and(iv)three persons not being teachers within the Faculty to be co-opted by the Faculty concerned.
