(3)Where any such application relates to the right claimed by the applicant in respect of such entry or omission, the [Endowments Tribunal] [Substituted by Act No.33 of 2007.] shall enquire into and decide the question as if it were a dispute within the meaning of section 87 and the provisions of Chapter XII shall apply.
