78. Land required under this Act to be needed for a public purpose.
- Whenever it appears to the State Government that any land is required for any of the purposes of this Act, such land shall be deemed to be needed for a public purpose within the meaning of Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or Section 3 of the Nagaland Land (Acquisition and Requisition) Act, 1965.
