Section 14(1) in The Sikh Gurdwaras Committee Election Rules, 1959
(1)On completion of the scrutiny of nominations and after the expiry of the period within which candidatures may be withdrawn under the provisions of rule 12, the returning officer shall forthwith prepare a list of valid nominations and cause it to be posted up in some conspicuous place in his office and at such other places in the constituency as he may deem fit.
