Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Auxiliary Armed Police Force Act, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Auxiliary Armed Police Force Act, 2011.(2)It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with retrospective effect from the fifth day of July, 2011.
