Section 250 in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
250. Protection of persons acting in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against any person in respect of any act done in good faith in the pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (3), (4) and (5) of section 249.
