UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                                 O R D E R

This is an application for restoration of the special leave petition. Learned Chamber Judge passed the following order on 8.8.2013:

"Heard.
Despite six weeks’ time granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish proof thereof, the needful has not been done. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks two weeks’ further time to do the needful. Time prayed for is granted subject to the condition in case the petitioners do not surrender to custody within two weeks from today and furnish proof thereof to the Registry, the special leave petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution. A copy of this order shall be forwarded to the Trial Court to take steps for having the petitioners taken into the custody and committed them to jail to serve the sentence awarded to them, in case the petitioner do not surrender within the time granted."

It is submitted that the petitioners have surrendered on 3.10.2013. Regard being had to the totality, I am not inclined to direct restoration of the special leave petition. Application for restoration is accordingly dismissed.
