(11)Entries regarding point (i), (ii), (iii) (v), (vii), (viii), (ix), (x), (xi), (xii), (xiii), (xiv), (xv), (xvi), (xvii), (xix), (xx) and (xxii) above may be entered by the Assistant Superintendent and the duty of making entries regarding point (iv), (vi), and (xviii) shall be performed by the Superintendent or he may delegate powers thereof, to an officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintenent.
