Section 57 in The Goa Information Technology Development Act, 2007

57. Act to have overriding effect.

- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968 (Act 7 of 1969), the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Act 14 of 1994) and the City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002 (Act 1 of 2003).
