Section 6(1)(c) in Rajasthan Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules, 1991

(c)Rule 7 and 8 shall apply to an isolated storage, in which there is involved a quantity of hazardous chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 3 which is equal to or more than the [threshold quantity] [Substituted by No. G.S.R. 4, dated 16.4.2002 [18.4.2002].] specified in the entry for that chemical in Column 3 ; and
