68.2Biomass fuel price at the time of determination of tariff may be approved by the Commission based on an independent study if required, to be carried out by constituting a State/ UT level committee consisting of representatives of State/UT Nodal Agency, State Government, Distribution Licensees, biomass power producers association and any other organization.
