Section 13(b) in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment, Conversion & Regularisation of Agricultural Land for Residential, Commercial and Public Utility Purposes in Urban Areas) Rules, 1981
(b)[ In case in which land has been so converted and used by way of construction after 20.8.81, the penalty shall be equal to 10% of the conversion charges payable under these rules if any construction has taken place [for residential purpose and 50% of the conversion charges payable under these rides if any construction has token place for commercial purpose] [Substituted by Substituted by No. F. 2(8) Revenue/9/90Xi.
