Section 39 in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972
39. Amendment to heading of Chapter VII of Bom. 50 of 1940.- In the principal Act, in Chapter VII, in the heading for the words "WITHIN THE AHMEDABAD AREA" the words "WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY AREA" shall be substituted.
