Section 29(1) in National Institute of Design Act, 2014
(1)The first Statutes of [each Institute] [Substituted 'the Institute' by Act No. 38 of 2019, dated 29.11.2019.] shall be framed by the Governing Council with the previous approval of the Visitor and a copy of the same shall be laid as soon as may be before each House of Parliament.
