37. Declaration under Sections 53 and 131(2)(xxxviii).
(1)A declaration under clause (b) of Section 53 shall be made in the form given in Form IV in quadruplicate.(2)A register of such declarations to be kept by the Co-operative Society shall be in the form given in Form V.
