Section 3 in Tamil Nadu Tax on Consumption or Sale of Electricity Rules, 2003
3. Collection charge.
- The collection charge for the purpose of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Act shall be half percent of the tax collected by the person referred to in the said section 3.
