Section 13(1) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989

(1)Every person who intends to occupy a building of a part, thereof shall apply for the occupation certificate in form BR IX, which shall be accompanied by a certificate in form BR X duly signed by architect or the engineer.
