2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Act" means the Goa State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993 (Act 13 of 1993);(b)"Section" means a section of the Act.(c)Words and phrases used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under the Act.
