Section 44 in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
44. Transitional provisions:- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act and the Statutes:-
a)The first Vice-Chancellor, shall be appointed by the Chancellor and he shall be governed by the terms and Iconditions of service specified by the Statute; I(b)The first Board of Management shall consist of not more than eleven members nominated by the Chancellorand shall hold office for a term of three years;
