Section 16(1) in Goa Computerised Network Lottery Rules, 2003
(1)The Director shall receive the claim for prize-winning ticket after verifying with the results announced. The tickets produced shall be admitted for payment only after the receipt of genuinely report from the Government forensic laboratory and such other mode of verification checks.
