Section 53(1) in The Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971
(1)The State Government may, after obtaining the opinion of the Industrial Court, by notification in the Official Gazette, at any time make any addition to, or alteration in, any Schedules II, III or IV and may, in the like manner, delete any item therefrom:Provided that, before making any such addition, alteration or deletion, a draft of such addition, alteration or deletion shall be published for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and the State Government shall consider any objections or suggestions that may be received by it from any person with respect thereto.
