HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE SABINA Judgment 22/10/2018 Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.235/2018 registered at Police Station Bandikui, District Dausa for offence under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 406, 354, 354C, 376, 511 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and dowry articles have been recovered.
In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, this petition is allowed. In the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall join investigation as and when required by the (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7496/2018] police and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. Petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
