Section 6 in Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
6. Refusal of registration.
- Where any society does not furnish the information in regard to the society as required in Form 'A' or fulfil any of the conditions laid down in the Act or these rules, the Registrar may refuse to register that society.
