Respondent nos. 1 and 2 have filed counter affidavit.

The ld. counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that he adopts the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 for respondent no.3 also.

Opportunity to respondent no.4 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.
