10. Managing committee in respect of primary/upper primary schools.
- The constitution, composition, powers, functions and duties of the Managing Committee in respect of the Primary and Upper Primary Schools shall be governed by the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act No. 35 of 2009) and the rules made thereunder.
