(1)Subject to Rule 7, the State Government may, after consulting APGENCO, and by order to be notified as the effective date of transfer for the purpose frame a transfer scheme and require APGENCO to transfer and vest one or more of the Generation Undertakings listed in Schedule-A to other generating company or companies, in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the State Government may specify in the order.
