3. The present petition under Section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeks the following prayers: -

"(i) The record of the the case titled as Sadique Ahmed & Anr. Vs. Ziauddin & Ors. bearing RC/ ARC No. 293/2020 decided by the court of Sh.Vivek Kumar Agarwal, ARC-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, may kindly be summoned;

(ii) The impugned order dated 18.10.2025 passed by the Ld. ARC, thereby dismissing the petitioner's eviction petition, may kindly be set aside and the application U/s. 1 of DRC Act r/w Section 85 of the Waqf Act 1995 r/w Order 7 Rule 11 CPC of the respondents be dismissed;
