61G. Forfeiture of the land involved in illegal colonization.
- The right, title or interest of the colonizer in the land under illegal colonization, shall upon and from the dale of conviction of the Colonizer under sub-section (3) of Section 61-D stand forfeited and vested in the Gram Panchayat tree from all encumbrances.)
