Section 7(4) in Inter-State Migrant Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983
(4)On receipt of the application refered to in sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (2), the licensing officer shall note thereon the date of receipt of the application, and give an acknowledgement to the applicant.
