Section 1 in The Orissa Khandasari and Gur Dealers' Licensing Order, 1963
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Orissa Khandasari and Gur Dealers' Licensing Order, 1963.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force, with effect from the 1st September, 1963.
