Section 32(1) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(1)The duties and powers of Pradhan unless otherwise provided by this Act, shall be as follows-(a)convene and preside the meetings of Gram Sabha and Gram Panchayat and their Committees;(b)preside Gram Sabha, Gram Panchayat or such committees in which he is Chairman under this Act.
