Section 4(ii) in Orissa Electricity (Levy of Fees for Testing and inspection and Generally for the Services of Electrical Inspector(s)) Orders, 2001
(ii)Fees shall be deposited through "Account payee" Bank drafts payable at State Bank of India, main Branch, Bhubaneswar draw in favour of the Inspector i.e., Chief Electrical Inspector/ Electrical Inspector/Deputy Electrical Inspector/Assistant Electrical Inspector as the case may be.
