Section 13(1a) in Jammu and Kashmir Shops and Establishments Act, 1966
(1a)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, fix any day other than Sunday and Friday to be the close day in respect of any area specified in the notification.][Sub-section 1-a inserted by Act V of 1974.]
