% 12.09.2024 CRL.M.A. 27702/2024 in CRL.A. 553/2022 The present application has been filed under Section 441/445 r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking modification of order dated 24.07.2024 to the extent that the appellant may be permitted to deposit the cash surety of Rs. 10,000/- and Personal Bond of Rs. 10,000/- instead of one surety of Rs. 20,000/- and Personal Bond of like amount and further permit the appellant to furnish the same before the Ld. Concerned Superintendent of Jail instead of concerned Trial Court.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is unable to arrange for the surety as directed by this court. Learned counsel submits that the appellant may be released on Personal Bond of Rs. 10,000/- and cash deposit of the equivalent amount. Learned counsel undertakes that within one month of his release he will furnish the Personal Bond of Rs.
