Section 261(b) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(b)if the defaulter, does not furnish such security and some respectable person is willing to undertake the custody and to produce the live-stock or other movable property when required order that it be placed in the custody of such person.
